• Pete Robinson has a Sinclair section on his Classic 8-bit Computers Page; see the Essential Sites section for details.
• Hardware is Piotr Slawinski's site, and has some technical information on various bits of Sinclair hardware.
• Geoff Wearmouth's Incomplete Spectrum ROM Assembly is an attempt to create a documented copy of the 48K machine's ROM.
• Dan Crow's Lil Old Sinclair Computer Technical Information Repository has the service manual, circuit diagrams, component layouts and part lists for all the variants of the 48K Speccy, as well as stuff on the ZX81.
• Ramsoft have some very good technical info on the Disciple available, as well as utilities like MakeTZX and their emulator, RealSpectrum.
• The Russian Spectrum Machines FAQ has technical information on some of the Russian clones of the Spectrum.
• Paul Jenkinson's Spectrum Hardware site. A list of all the various Speccy peripherals, with many pictures, and even a Speccy Heroes screensaver for Windows 95 - well worth getting!
• Damien Burke's Speccy Nostalgia Trip contains a copy of the 128K Spectrum manual, and information on the Sinclair Radio Watch and the ED FB level loader trap, amongst other things.
• John Garner's Spectrum Pages have moved and are now on Demon; there's also a fair amount of technical information available here, as well as a list of groups still coding on the Speccy.
• There is a very full description of the WD1793 (the FDC used by the Betadisk interface) as part of the Unofficial Spectravideo Homepage.
• Ian Collier's xz80 homepage - home of xz80, believe it or not, and also a listing of the bugs, etc which can be found in the +2A/+3 ROM.
• Thomas Scherrer-Tangen's Z80 CPU Official Support Page has a large amount of technical information on the Z80.
• Sean Young's Z80 Undocumented Features is certainly worth a read if you want to know about the dark corners of the Z80.
• Pera Putnik's ZX Spectrum Hardware DIY site contains a couple of hardware projects, and the article he wrote about Port 254 and Issue 2 and 3 Spectrums for the Technical Information section.
